GOD USES PEOPLE EXPRESSING HIS LOVE TO OTHERS

God uses us to express His love to the needy - by helping others.

One day I boarded a bus and went to sit with a middle-aged man who was going to get off the bus on the third bus stop. Within that short space of time I learnt a lot from him. He asked me if I was going for shopping and I told him I wasn't. He told me that he loves shopping and many times he asks his neighbours if they wanted anything from the shops. He said he goes to do shopping for his neighbours even at times won't buy anything for himself.

Sometimes he buys food and goes to the streets giving the homeless. He was so excited talking to me about how he buys food and give others in need. "Showing God's love," he said. He asked me, "Do you know why I am excited doing this?" I said, "No." He said, "I do this because I was homeless before and I know what it is." He told me he works in a food shop and sometimes he does shopping in that shop. He said, "One day when you are near my work place (name of the shop provided), pass by and I will buy you food." We got to where he was dropping off and said, "God bless you, it has been nice talking to you." This man used to be a homeless now has a job and a house where he takes care of his neighbours and the homeless in the streets. God has now made him distribution centre for the needy and he has more than enough for himself - God's way.

Showing kindness to others could change the world when we know that we are all our brothers' and sisters' keepers. This can also build solid future generations.
