IDENTITY

It is amazing that a baby is conceived in the mother's womb already with the image and likeness of God. The moment the baby is conceived, there appears the image and likeness of God. The baby will grow in the mother's womb and given birth already with the image and likeness of God. That's all humankind is born like that. Now looking at each other we ought to know that each and everyone is unique and is the likeness and image of God. We are special in the eyes of God. No other creation we can compare ourselves with. We are God's family and we got to love one another. If God created us ALL with His likeness and image, could He have done that for us to suffer, hate and kill each other? The answer is "No,' we are our brothers keepers. "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness. (Genesis 1:26). "So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them." (Genesis 1:27).

When God created the world He thought of creating humankind in order for it to look beautiful and behold it was beautiful. We are unique in God's entire creation. We are special. Let us fear the Lord God and love one another. Our identity is in Christ Jesus. It is important for us to be conscious about our identity. Our identity is not the society's judgemental but in Jesus. Jesus Christ's consciouness helps us build solid future generations with the fear of God.
